Imad Wasim Confirms Divorce from Sania Ashfaq Citing Personal Differences

National cricketer Imad Wasim has confirmed his separation from his wife Sania Ashfaq, announcing the news on social media on Sunday. The couple, who married in August 2019, share three children.

In his statement, Imad said, “After much thought and constant disagreements, I have parted ways with my wife.” He added that despite efforts over the years, several differences between them could not be resolved.

The left-handed all-rounder, who represented Pakistan from 2015 to 2024, urged fans and media to respect their privacy and refrain from sharing old photos or spreading rumors. He also clarified that Sania Ashfaq should no longer be referred to as his wife.

Imad emphasized his continued commitment to his children, stating, “I am and will remain the father of my children and will take full care of them.” He warned that legal action will be taken against anyone spreading false information about their personal matters.
