Cement Prices in Pakistan Today – 1 January 2026

Cement prices across Pakistan remained mostly stable on 1 January 2026, offering relief to builders and contractors. A standard 50kg cement bag is currently selling between PKR 1,380 and PKR 1,450, with minor variations depending on the city and brand.

Top brands maintained steady rates. DG Cement trades around PKR 1,440–1,450, Bestway Cement at PKR 1,430–1,440, and Lucky Cement slightly lower at PKR 1,390–1,400 per bag. Other major brands include Fauji Cement at PKR 1,400–1,430, Cherat Cement at PKR 1,420–1,435, and Kohat Cement near PKR 1,390.

Traders say the steady rates are due to balanced demand, consistent production costs, and stable transportation factors. Minor variations may still occur depending on local supply and dealer margins.

The current stable trend is expected to continue as construction activity remains consistent at the start of the new year, providing predictability for builders and contractors planning their projects in 2026.
