PM Laptop Scheme Phase 4 – Eligibility, Documents & Registration Details

The PM Laptop Scheme Phase 4 has officially started at the end of 2026 or maybe at start start of 2026. This program is designed to provide free laptops to talented students across Pakistan so they can continue their higher education with a laptop. As we know, without a laptop, higher education is not possible. The PM laptop scheme provides a laptop on the basis of FSC mark ,not on GPA. The scheme aims to reduce the digital divide and empower youth with technology.

PM Laptop Scheme Phase 4 – Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for PM Laptop Scheme Phase 4 – Eligibility & Documents 2026, students must fulfill the following:

  • Must be enrolled in a public sector university/college recognized by HEC.
  • Students of BS, MA/MSc, MPhil, and PhD programs are eligible.
  • Must have valid CNIC/B-Form.
  • Students must not already have received a laptop under previous schemes.

⚠️ Private university students are generally not eligible.
