This program is designed to provide free laptops to talented students across Pakistan so they can continue their higher education with a laptop. As we know, without a laptop, higher education is not possible. The PM laptop scheme provides a laptop on the basis of FSC mark ,not on GPA. PM Laptop Scheme Phase 4 – Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for PM Laptop Scheme Phase 4 – Eligibility & Documents 2026, students must fulfill the following:
- Must be enrolled in a public sector university/college recognized by HEC.
- Students of BS, MA/MSc, MPhil, and PhD programs are eligible.
- Must have valid CNIC/B-Form.
- Students must not already have received a laptop under previous schemes.
⚠️ Private university students are generally not eligible.
