One year post FCPS fellowship in surgical pathology at the Histopathology Department with an annual workload of more than 70000 cases. The training programme will be supervised by experienced consultants with post graduate qualifications from USA and UK. The department has facilities of frozen sections, immunohistochemistry, FISH and cytogenetics. The training programme will provide the opportunities to interact with clinical colleagues by participation in interdisciplinary tumor boards. It will enable the young qualified pathologists to develop the necessary diagnostic skills and provide them enough experience to act and work as a confident consultant. The fellow will be expected to present papers in pathology conferences and submit at least three papers for publication in medical journals of repute. The duties will also include training of residents especially in gross specimen handling and preparation of tumor checklists.

- FCPS in histopathology.

These posts are full-time, for highly motivated individuals who will be expected to undertake a key role as full time consultant medical oncologists and help develop cancer services under the umbrella of the Central Park Hospital in Lahore. The appointees will provide outpatient and inpatient cancer treatment services, and will collaborate with colleagues within the department to develop oncology services, while also liaising closely with radiation oncologists, surgeons and physicians in other specialties and allied staff within the hospital.

Eligibility Criteria:
- MRCP (UK) with CCST in medical oncology.
- American board in internal medicine, with sub-specialty board in haematology and / or medical oncology.
- Medical practitioner with full and unencumbered registration with the PMDC.
- Evidence of extensive experience in a variety of in- and out-patient treatment facilities and settings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to relate to patients and relatives in an understanding and sympathetic manner
- Ability to work as an effective member of a multidisciplinary team

A hospital porter supports patients by helping them to move around the hospital - for example, from a ward to an x-ray department. You would help them into wheelchairs or stretchers. You would also take them to appointments and bring them back. If you are looking for a community Service role, helping keep a hospital running smoothly.
To become a hospital porter (volunteer services), you will need to have a friendly and helpful manner.
You do not usually need any specific qualifications to become a hospital porter but you will need to be physically fit.
Work activities
Your duty will be:
- Transferring and escorting wheel chair and stretcher patients from Outpatient Department to different areas of hospital for assistance.

- Willing to serve the CPTH patients suffering as a noble cause.
