The department of anesthesiology and pain management has been functional ever since Central Park Teaching Hospital was established in 2013. The department has formulated policies and practices in accordance with Pakistan Medical Dental Council, Punjab Health Care Commission and College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan. Trained and highly qualified staff is available to manage the patients proposed for surgery right from the pre-operative to post-operative period. The department works in complete harmony with all other departments. For optimization of the patient`s condition pre-operatively, consultation facilities with different medical disciplines is readily available. It is fully equipped with latest technology & equipment to deal with all emergencies and calamities round the clock. The department of anesthesiology facilitates its members to attend seminars, workshops & CME courses regularly in order to keep its staff abreast with the latest developments in the field of Anesthesiology.
